The greige fabric vendors on our panel are high volume units with in-house sizing and weaving facilities comprising of air jet, and sulzer projectile weaving. Our team plans procurements of yarn, allocation of machines and monitors the quality of production during weaving on daily basis. Before shipments they re-inspect the goods for satisfaction.

We follow four-point inspection system for fabrics, but can also implement custom size standard operating procedure for our client’s satisfaction. While sourcing yarn our team ensures the moisture contents, weight and other quality parameters like thin/thick places, neps, strength & hairiness as within buyers tolerances and these parameters are measured and tested by using reputable laboratories.
